Systems can be created for smaller meetings through to large conferences with hundreds or thousands of delegates.

2. Add Your Organisation's Logo – Optional

Create a completely professional system by adding your company, venue or event branding to the headphones.

Select Yes and upload your logo when building your system.

3. Choose Your Transmitter

The transmitter takes the audio from your chosen source and broadcasts it wirelessly to the headphones.

S9 Pro – Standard Range

A compact professional transmitter suitable for most indoor conference and presentation environments.

Range: Up to approximately 250 metres in suitable open conditions.

Best for: Meeting rooms, conference rooms, presentations, seminars and general indoor events.

TC-5 Pro – Long Range & Extended Use

Our more powerful option for larger venues and professional applications.

Range: Up to approximately 500 metres in suitable open conditions.

The TC-5 Pro can also operate while connected to mains power, making it particularly suitable for conferences and events running for extended periods.

Best for: Large conference venues, exhibition halls, larger event spaces and extended professional use.

4. Choose How Many Audio Channels You Need

Each transmitter broadcasts one separate audio channel.

This allows you to create systems with multiple audio choices.

For example:

1 transmitter = 1 presentation or audio feed

2 transmitters = 2 separate audio feeds

3 transmitters = 3 separate audio feeds

Delegates can select the channel they want to hear directly from their headphones.

This can be particularly useful for simultaneous presentations, breakout sessions and multi-language interpretation.

5. Choose Your Charging Setup

Choose the charging equipment required for your system.

Multi-headphone charging allows large quantities of headphones to be recharged together between conference sessions or events.

For frequently used conference systems, we recommend having enough charging capacity to efficiently recharge your complete headphone system.
