Ideal for:
- Football stadium tours

- Cricket grounds
- Racecourses

- Behind-the-scenes tours
- VIP experiences

- Corporate venue tours
- Large group experiences
1. Choose Your Headphone Quantity
Start by selecting how many visitors you want your system to accommodate.
Whether you're running small VIP tours or welcoming large groups throughout the day, build your system around your actual visitor numbers.
We can supply systems ranging from 10 headphones to 1000s.
2. Add Your Logo – Optional
Turn your headphones into part of your venue experience.
Add your club crest, venue logo or organisation branding directly to your headphones for a professional, branded appearance.
For stadiums and venues running tours regularly, branded headphones help create a more polished visitor experience while reinforcing your identity throughout the tour.
They can also look fantastic in visitor photographs and social media content.
Simply select Yes and upload your logo when building your system.
3. Choose Your Transmitter
The transmitter takes your guide's audio and broadcasts it wirelessly to your visitors' headphones.
S9 Pro – Standard Range
The S9 Pro is ideal for most stadium and venue tour environments.
Range: Up to approximately 250 metres in suitable open conditions.
Best for: Stadium tours, theatres, arenas, indoor venues and smaller guided groups.
TC-5 Pro – Long Range & Extended Use
For larger stadiums, extensive venues and environments where greater range is required, choose the TC-5 Pro.
Range: Up to approximately 500 metres in suitable open conditions.
The TC-5 Pro can also operate while connected to mains power, making it particularly useful for venues running tours throughout the day.
Best for: Large stadiums, racecourses, major sporting venues, arenas and high-volume visitor operations.
4. Add a Tour Guide Microphone
Allow your guide to communicate clearly while moving around the venue.
A lapel microphone provides a hands-free solution, allowing your guide to walk, point out features, interact with visitors and lead the group while continuing to speak.
Visitors hear the guide directly through their headphones, helping everyone stay engaged throughout the experience.
5. Choose Your Charging Setup
If you're running multiple tours throughout the week, you need your equipment ready for the next group.
Our multi-headphone charging solutions allow multiple headphones to be charged together between tours and operating days.
Choose the charging capacity that suits the number of headphones in your system and the frequency of your tours.
6. Choose Your Storage
Keep your headphones organised, protected and ready for your next group.
Our storage boxes can accommodate up to 70 headphones per box, making them ideal for venues operating larger systems or moving equipment between different areas.
Take Visitors Behind the Scenes
A great venue tour gives visitors access to places they wouldn't normally experience.
Walk through the players' tunnel.
Explore the changing rooms.
Visit hospitality and VIP areas.
Go behind the scenes of a theatre or arena.
Take visitors pitchside, trackside or backstage.
Your visitors hear the guide clearly throughout the experience, allowing you to deliver a professional tour without relying on a PA system or constantly gathering the group together to speak.
Your Venue. Your Brand. Your System.
Choose the number of headphones you need, add your branding, select your transmitter, microphone, charging and storage.
The total price automatically updates at the top of the page as you build your system.
From independent venues to major stadiums and arenas, create a professional wireless tour system built around your visitors and the way you operate.
Show them behind the scenes. We'll make sure they hear every part of it.
